If the Downloads window doesn't open automatically, open the downloads screen from Firefox's Tools menu. Then double-click reportertrial.exe to install it.

NOTE: Where the Downloaded File is Saved in Internet Explorer

Windows Help informs us: When you download files using Download Manager in Internet Explorer, they're automatically saved in the Downloads folder. This folder is usually located on the drive where Windows is installed (for example, C:\users\your name\downloads).
